Tips for Drinking more water

Some of us do not like to drink water because of its bland taste, but here are a few tips on how we can make drinking water more appealing.

  • Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange in your glass of water.

  • There are a variety of fruit teas on the market that we can choose from. Experiment with them and see which ones suit your taste buds.

  • Infusing your water with fruits like strawberries, or vegetables like cucumber, or even fresh mint leaves can add a little interest to drinking water.
